Job Title: FOS Collection Executive

Job Description:

SBOSS is hiring FOS Collection Executives for field collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting overdue payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers for collection of overdue payments.

Follow up on assigned delinquent accounts.

Achieve collection targets as per company guidelines.

Update collection status and customer feedback regularly.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of collection experience.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
