Payment Recovery: Conduct field visits to customers to collect outstanding payments on overdue accounts (loans, bills, equipment, etc.).
Negotiation & Resolution: Negotiate repayment plans or settlements with customers and resolve any payment-related disputes or complaints professionally.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, transactions, and customer interactions, and provide regular reports to management.
Client Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate timely repayments and ensure customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all collection practices comply with internal policies, as well as relevant legal and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI guidelines in India).
Follow-up & Escalation: Proactively follow up on payment commitments and escalate complex or high-risk accounts to senior management or legal teams when necessary
