Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to manage on-ground loan collections, follow up with customers, and ensure timely recovery as per company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers for EMI/overdue collections
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Update daily collection reports
Handle repayment queries and resolve basic issues
Follow ethical and legal collection practices

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass (graduate preferred)
Experience in field collections preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must have a two-wheeler

Salary: As per industry standards
