Field Collection Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely recovery from customers. The candidate should be proactive, responsible, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for due and overdue payments.

• Maintain records of collection activities and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment updates.

• Handle customer queries regarding billing and payments.

• Achieve monthly collection targets.

• Visit clients (if required) for payment collection.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.

• Experience: 0–3 years in Collection / Recovery / Telecalling.

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).

• Two-wheeler preferred (for field collection roles).
