Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a responsible and target-driven Field Collection Executive to join our loan recovery team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers to collect pending EMIs, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely recovery of loans while maintaining good customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in the assigned area for loan repayment collections.

• Follow up with defaulters and negotiate payment settlements.

• Maintain daily collection reports and submit them to the manager.

• Handle customer queries related to repayment schedules or dues.

• Coordinate with the back-office and recovery team for account updates.

• Ensure all collections are done ethically and as per company policy.

• Use company-provided app or tools to update visit and payment status.
