A Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to collect outstanding payments, ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers at their location to collect overdue payments
Follow up on assigned cases and ensure timely recovery
Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required
Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
Update daily reports and share status with the reporting manager
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
Handle customer queries related to payments and dues
Achieve monthly collection targets
