Job Summary:
A Loan Collection Field Executive is responsible for visiting customers in the field to collect overdue loan payments, maintaining good customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
Key Responsibilities
Field Visits:
Visit customers at their homes or workplaces to collect overdue loan payments.
Payment Collection:
Collect EMI payments, pending dues, or settlements as per company policy.
Customer Communication:
Explain outstanding amounts, penalties, and repayment options to customers.
Negotiation:
Negotiate payment plans with customers who are unable to pay the full amount.
Reporting:
Update daily collection reports and maintain accurate records of visits and payments.
Document Verification:
Verify customer address, contact details, and loan-related documents during visits.
Follow-up:
Regularly follow up with defaulters to ensure payment commitments are met.
Compliance:
Follow company rules and legal guidelines while handling collections.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle difficult customers
Basic knowledge of loan and EMI structure
Field work experience preferred
Basic mobile/app reporting skills
Qualification
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
Experience in loan recovery / field collection / sales preferred
Two-wheeler and valid driving license often required
