Collection Officer

- Responsible for recovery of loans and overdue accounts in assigned district.

- Conduct field visits, meet customers, and ensure timely collections.

- Maintain records of payments, defaults, and recovery actions.

- Coordinate with branch managers for smooth collection process.

- Achieve monthly recovery targets while maintaining customer relationship.

Sales Officer

- Generate new business for loans, insurance, and other financial products.

- Identify potential customers in assigned district and build strong pipeline.

- Conduct promotional activities and local campaigns.

- Achieve monthly sales targets with focus on compliance and quality.

- Maintain good rapport with clients and ensure after‑sales support.
