Position: Sales & Collection Executive
Company: L&T Finance
Gender: Male Only
Age Limit: 19 to 32 Years

Job Location: Dhenkanal

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation

  • Two-wheeler & Valid Driving License Mandatory

  • Basic communication and customer handling skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company financial products (loan services).

  • Generate new customer leads in the assigned area.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers.

  • Handle loan collection and payment follow-ups from customers.

  • Visit field locations for sales and collection activities.

  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
