📢 We are looking for Recovery Field Executive📍 Location: RaipurCompany : ASHPA Global Services Pvt LtdJob Responsibilities:Visit customers’ locations for collection of overdue loan payments.Follow up with customers and ensure timely recovery.Negotiate payment terms and settlements as per company policy.Maintain daily visit reports and collection updates.Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.Coordinate with Team Leader and report field activities regularly.Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines.Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).Experience: 0–2 years in field recovery / collection (Freshers can apply).Must have two-wheeler Good communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under target pressure.Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary + Attractive IncentivesPetrol allowance Performance-based growth opportunitiesKey Skills Required:Field work readinessTarget-oriented mindsetBasic documentation handlingProfessional behavior with customers
