Job Description

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at APHELION FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹23,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned clients/delinquent customers at their homes or businesses to collect outstanding dues and clear pending payments.
Discuss payment terms, establish realistic repayment schedules, and assist customers in resolving payment discrepancies.
Submit daily and weekly collection reports to management regarding recovered amounts and accounts that require further legal or escalated action.
Address billing queries and maintain professional relationships while ensuring timely cash flow for the organization.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
