Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Recovery Executive to recover overdue payments from customers on behalf of Banks and Financial Institutions. The Field Recovery Executive will visit customers in person, negotiate repayment plans, collect payments, and update recovery records while maintaining professional and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their residence or workplace to recover overdue payments.

• Follow up on delinquent accounts for Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, and other financial products.

• Explain outstanding dues and negotiate repayment plans with customers.

• Collect payments through approved payment methods and provide acknowledgements where applicable.

• Update visit reports, recovery status, and customer interactions in the company system.

• Meet daily and monthly recovery targets.

• Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding difficult or escalated cases.

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company recovery policies.

• Maintain professionalism and good customer relationships during recovery visits.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Field Collections/Recovery experience is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• DRA Certification: Preferred/Mandatory (as per company requirement).

• Vehicle Requirement: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a two-wheeler.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Based on experience and certification)

Working Hours

• Full-Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week (As per company policy)
