- For Door-To-Door Experienced Candidates : 25k + Performance Bonus

- For Freshers : 20k

Joining Fee:

This position is exclusively for candidates residing in Semi-Urban and Rural areas. Candidates from Urban/City areas are not eligible to apply.

Job Location:

Candidates will be assigned survey areas within their own district or nearby Semi-Urban, and Rural locations.

Job Summary:

ALLSRV Business Solutions is hiring Field Survey Executives to conduct a large-scale Door-to-Door Household Survey. The role involves visiting households, interacting with family members, and collecting accurate information using the company's digital survey format.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct door-to-door household surveys in assigned villages and Semi-Urban areas.

- Visit every assigned household and collect accurate information through the company's survey form link.

- Explain the survey purpose politely and collect responses only with the respondent's voluntary consent.

- Ensure all information submitted is accurate, complete, and genuine.

- Complete daily survey targets within the assigned timeline.

- Submit reports to the Reporting Manager on a regular basis.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of all respondent and company data.

- Follow company guidelines, field protocols, and ethical standards during the survey.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Only candidates from Semi-Urban, and Rural areas are eligible to apply.

- Candidates residing in Urban/City areas are not eligible for this position.

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher qualifications will be preferred.)

- Good communication skills in the local language.

- Ability to travel within assigned villages and nearby locations.

- Must own an Android smartphone.

- Basic knowledge of mobile applications.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Working Hours:

- 7 Hours per Day (8AM - 2PM)
