Job Description

Role: Collection Associate – Commercial Vehicle (CV)
Locations: Babrala, Bijnor, Auraiya, Barabanki, Bulandshahr, Shamli
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
Industry: NBFC / Commercial Vehicle Finance

Responsibilities:

Manage 90+ DPD bucket collections for Commercial Vehicle loans.
Handle field collections, follow-up with customers & resolve overdue cases.
Coordinate with repossession agencies when required.
Ensure timely recovery as per monthly targets.
Maintain collection MIS and daily reports.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in CV collections.
Strong knowledge of local geography (local candidates preferred).
Good negotiation & recovery skills.
Experience managing 90+ bucket cases.
