Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive – Loan Collection & Asset Sales to join our team at Acuerdo India Private Limited. The role requires candidates who responsible for recovering loan dues, visiting allocated areas, handling default cases, and actively promoting auction properties to potential buyers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills and a good understanding of loan recovery procedures and property dealings. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹55,000 and prospects of growth.

Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentives based on recovery & property sale performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to borrowers' addresses as per the allocated recovery list.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and negotiate repayment plans with defaulting customers.

• Deliver notices, reminders, and legal documents related to loan recovery.

• Identify and visit auction-listed properties; inspect the condition and maintain updated records.

• Generate leads and identify potential buyers for auction properties through local network, brokers, and field canvassing.

• Facilitate site visits and coordinate with the internal legal/auction team to complete property sale formalities.

• Maintain accurate MIS and daily visit reports; update system entries as per company process.

• Resolve recovery issues amicably where possible and escalate critical cases to legal/recovery managers.

• Ensure compliance with RBI and company guidelines while handling recovery and property sale activities.

• Basic knowledge of loan products and auction processes

• Local area knowledge and ability to travel extensively

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years in field collections, recovery, or property sales. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
