Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at Acuerdo India Private Limited. Role Overview: Responsible for loan collection, recovery of overdue accounts, and assisting in property selling related to loan recovery cases. The role requires field follow-ups, customer negotiation, and coordination with internal teams to meet collection targets.

Key Responsilities:

• Collect and cover overdue loan payments through calls and field visits.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Support in auction or resale process of seized/foreclosed properties.
• Good understanding of loan products and recovery process.
• Assist in valuation and identification of properties linked to loan accounts
• Knowledge of property valuation and selling process.
• Negotiate repayment plans and handle delinquent accounts.
• Maintain records and prepare recovery reports.
• Assist in valuation, resale, and auction of seized/foreclosed properties.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct field visits to track defaulters and recover dues.

Job Requirements:- The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
