Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Collection Officer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the loan industry, including loan verification, collections, and recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits for loan verification and customer validation.
Manage overdue loan collections and recovery activities.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining professional relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, collections, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer and loan-related issues.

Requirements:

Experience in loan verification, collections, or recovery.
Good understanding of loan products and lending processes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within Bangalore for field visits.
Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
Basic computer and mobile application knowledge.
