📦 Field Boy - Stock Supply and LogisticsCompany: Veiva Scientific Company (Medical Devices)We are seeking a reliable and energetic Field Boy to join our logistics team. This essential role is focused on the timely and accurate supply of our medical device stocks to various vendor hospitals and managing courier services. If you are a proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and local geography knowledge, we encourage you to apply.📝 Key Responsibilities * Stock Supply & Delivery: * Execute the daily schedule for delivering medical device stocks (as per delivery challan/invoice) from the company warehouse/office to designated vendor hospitals. * Ensure all deliveries are made safely, efficiently, and within the stipulated timeframes. * Obtain necessary acknowledgments, signatures, and stamps on delivery documents from hospital staff (e.g., store managers, pharmacy staff). * Logistics & Courier Management: * Handle and dispatch official documents, samples, and stocks through various courier services (both incoming and outgoing). * Monitor and track the status of couriers and escalate any issues promptly. * Manage and organize the receiving of incoming stocks and documents, ensuring proper routing within the office. * Documentation & Coordination: * Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, pickups, and courier receipts. * Coordinate effectively with the warehouse and sales teams regarding stock availability and delivery priorities. * Ensure the safe handling and transport of sensitive medical devices. * General Support: * Assist with local office errands as required. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stock area/delivery preparation zone.✅ Qualifications & Skills * Experience: Previous experience in a delivery, logistics, or field role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license (or equivalent) and be comfortable traveling extensively within the city/designated service area. * Skills: * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Strong knowledge of local routes and geography. * Ability to read, write, and understand delivery documentation. * Physical fitness to lift and carry moderate loads of stock. * Honest, reliable, and punctual.
