We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused candidate for the role of Property Consultant. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in finding suitable properties according to their requirements and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the complete process.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable available properties.
Show and explain property details to clients.
Coordinate with the internal team for property visits and client requirements.
Search and identify properties available in the market.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Update property details and client records regularly.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate/property market preferred.
Ability to handle clients professionally.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
