Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, promoting our products/services in the field, and achieving sales targets through direct and channel sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.

• Collect market intelligence and competitor data to improve sales strategy. • Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities in CRM tools.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.

• Travel extensively within assigned territory/region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream / Any Graduate

• 1-2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or marketing preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Proficiency in using MS Office and sales tools.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in local/regional language (Telugu) is a plus. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (must required).
