Field Boy

We are looking for a Field Boys / Field staff to join our team Shekhawati Electrical Engineers. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of 12000 to 15000 in hand and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities – Field Boy / Store Assistant

1. Collect and deliver materials, documents, and other items from vendors, transporters, clients, or project sites as instructed.

2. Visit markets, shops, transport offices, and other locations for material collection or company-related work.

3. Load and unload materials safely and coordinate with transporters during dispatch and receipt of goods.

4. Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing materials for dispatch to project sites.

5. Issue materials from the store only as per the authorized instructions and maintain proper records.

6. Arrange and organize store items systematically to ensure easy identification and accessibility.

7. Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and report any shortages or damages to the concerned person.

8. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the store and storage area.

9. Support inventory counting, stock verification, and periodic stock audits.

10. Coordinate with the Store In-charge for material movement, stock availability, and daily store operations.

11. Ensure timely transportation and safe handling of company materials.

12. Perform any other field, store, packing, loading, unloading, or operational duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Any. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
