Job Description:

What You Will Do:

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

• Conduct daily and monthly physical stock verification.

• Prepare and maintain stock registers, issue slips, and material receipt notes.

• Ensure safe handling, stacking, and proper storage of all materials.

• Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Site teams for material requirements.

• Maintain proper labelling and identification of all materials in the store.

• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store area.

• Track and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies in inventory.

• Support internal and external audits related to material and inventory.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate (Preferred: Diploma in Material Management or related field)

• 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in real estate, construction, or manufacturing industry

• Strong knowledge of inventory management

• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems

• Good organizational and coordination abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
