Job Title: Field Executive – E-Commerce Operations

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with courier partners, warehouses, and vendors.
Handle shipment pickups, returns, and operational follow-ups.
Visit marketplace and logistics partners for documentation and issue resolution.
Submit daily field activity reports.
Support day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of field operations, logistics, or delivery experience.
Own bike with a valid driving licence (Mandatory).
Basic knowledge of Google Maps and smartphone applications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to travel across Delhi/NCR.
