Field Boy

We are looking for a Field Boy to join our team at Mediprobe Conultancy Services Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximising sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹16000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct effective field investigations to verify insurance claims.

Visit hospitals and patient residences for document collection and verification.

Maintain professional and respectful communication with patients, hospitals, and other stakeholders.

Carry organizational ID card/authority letter during all visits.

Collect and verify required documents as per the checklist and submit them to the Claim Manager.

Provide regular travel updates to the Allocation Team and Claim Manager.

Make additional visits if further documents are required.

Ensure timely submission of documents via courier/email; no records should be retained personally.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
