We are a leading Medical Intelligence Company, working in the Indian Insurance sector for over a decade. Headquartered in Pune, we carry out claims investigation and verification across PAN India for all major General and Life Insurance Companies.

Objective

To conduct investigation and verification of the genuineness of mediclaim insurance claims by visiting hospitals and patients’ residences, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct effective field investigations to verify insurance claims.

Visit hospitals and patient residences for document collection and verification.

Maintain professional and respectful communication with patients, hospitals, and other stakeholders.

Carry organizational ID card/authority letter during all visits.

Collect and verify required documents as per the checklist and submit them to the Claim Manager.

Provide regular travel updates to the Allocation Team and Claim Manager.

Make additional visits if further documents are required.

Ensure timely submission of documents via courier/email; no records should be retained personally.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum: Any Graduation with basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to travel extensively within Coimbatore region; ability to use Google Maps effectively.
