🔥 Job Responsibilities of Fire Technician

Install, test, and maintain fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
Inspect fire safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, sprinklers, smoke detectors, and fire pumps.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of fire protection systems.
Troubleshoot faults in fire alarm panels and fire safety equipment.
Conduct routine system testing and ensure proper functioning of all fire safety devices.
Maintain records of inspection, testing, and maintenance activities.
Respond quickly during fire emergencies and support evacuation procedures.
Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and company safety policies.
Identify fire hazards and report safety risks to management.
Assist in conducting fire drills and safety training programs.
Coordinate with safety officers, engineers, and site teams for system maintenance.
Ensure all fire equipment is available, accessible, and in working condition.
Follow Permit to Work (PTW) and safety procedures while performing tasks.
