We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Executive to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies for our LED lighting products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
· Conduct field visits, meetings, and product demonstrations for potential clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
· Support the sales team with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and promotional activities.
· Prepare daily and weekly reports on market activities and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
