Field Boy

We are looking for a Field Boy to join our team at G.s.t. Corporation Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and materials to clients, vendors, and government offices.

• Assist with bank-related work, courier services, and office errands.

• Support office staff with field visits and day-to-day operational tasks.

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of items while maintaining proper records.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding field assignments.

• Follow company policies and maintain professional conduct during field visits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).

• Good knowledge of local routes.

• Basic communication skills.

• Honest, punctual, and physically fit.

• Willingness to travel locally as required.

कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• कंपनी के दस्तावेज़, पार्सल एवं अन्य आवश्यक सामग्री को ग्राहकों, विक्रेताओं तथा सरकारी कार्यालयों में समय पर पहुँचाना एवं प्राप्त करना।

• बैंक, कूरियर एवं अन्य कार्यालय संबंधी कार्यों का निष्पादन करना।

• आवश्यकता अनुसार कार्यालय के दैनिक फील्ड कार्यों में सहयोग करना।

• दस्तावेज़ों एवं अन्य सामग्री का सुरक्षित परिवहन सुनिश्चित करना।

• फील्ड विज़िट से संबंधित रिकॉर्ड एवं रसीदों का सही रख-रखाव करना।

• वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य फील्ड एवं प्रशासनिक कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करना।

• कंपनी के नियमों एवं अनुशासन का पालन करते हुए पेशेवर व्यवहार बनाए रखना।

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ:

• न्यूनतम 10वीं/12वीं उत्तीर्ण।

• दोपहिया वाहन चलाने का वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (वांछनीय)।

• स्थानीय मार्गों एवं क्षेत्रों की अच्छी जानकारी।

• सामान्य पढ़ने-लिखने एवं संवाद करने की क्षमता।

• ईमानदार, समयनिष्ठ एवं शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ।

• आवश्यकता अनुसार स्थानीय यात्रा करने के लिए तैयार।
