Field Boy

Purpose of the Role:

To support day-to-day field, office coordination, and outdoor operational tasks, ensuring timely movement of documents, materials, and payments between the office, vendors, banks, and other external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field & Outdoor Work

• Visit customers, vendors, banks, courier offices, and government offices as instructed

• Handle document submission, collection, and delivery

• Deposit and collect cheques, DDs, cash (if authorized) from banks or parties

• Coordinate with transporters and couriers for dispatches

2. Office Support

• Assist in office errands and administrative tasks

• Support accounts and stores team for follow-ups

• Maintain record of daily field visits and work done

3. Material & Dispatch Support

• Pick up and deliver small parcels, samples, and documents

• Ensure proper handling of company materials during transit

• Coordinate for urgent deliveries when required

4. Compliance & Discipline

• Follow company rules, instructions, and timelines

• Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information

• Represent the company professionally in the field

Skills & Requirements:

• Familiarity with local areas, routes, and public transport

• Ability to communicate clearly and politely

• Honest, reliable, and physically fit for field work

• Basic reading and writing skills

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
