We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-oriented Food Delivery Executives to join our logistics and delivery team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that meals are delivered from our partner kitchens to customers safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Timely Delivery: Pick up food orders from designated locations and deliver them to customers within the promised timeframe.
Order Verification: Cross-check order items before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy and quality packaging.
Navigation: Utilize GPS/maps efficiently to find the best routes and avoid traffic delays.
Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally and politely upon delivery, ensuring a positive experience.
Payment Handling: Securely collect payments for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and handle digital transactions where necessary.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company guidelines while driving.
