Job Responsibilities

Designation: Office Assistant (Field & Purchase Support)

Market se office, factory aur site related chhota-mota saman laana (stationery, hardware, electrical, packing material, etc.).
Local purchase bills collect karna, rate check karna aur bills office me submit karna.
Courier aur dispatch ka kaam handle karna (courier dena, receive karna, POD lana).
Bank related kaam – cheque deposit, document submission, passbook entry (jab required ho).
Vendors se basic coordination (order dena, delivery follow-up).
Office documents ko clients, vendors ya sites par deliver karna aur receive karna.
Office aur factory ke liye daily support work karna jaise files movement, material shifting (light work).
Market purchase ke liye proper record maintain karna (date, item, amount, bill).
Senior staff / Admin / Accounts team ke instructions follow karna.
Office discipline maintain karna aur company rules follow karna.
