BSC Paints Pvt. Ltd. is a growing Paint Manufacturing Company. We are expanding our sales team in Lucknow.
Job Role:
We are looking for an energetic and confident Female Field Sales Executive to handle dealer sales and market development in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit hardware shops, paint dealers, and distributors in assigned areas of Lucknow.
- Generate new leads and convert them into active dealers.
- Take orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Promote new products and schemes.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.
- Assist in payment collection.
Requirements:
- Only male Candidates.
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Experience: 0-1 Years (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Must have knowledge of Lucknow local market.
- Must be comfortable with field work.
- Having a two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
Salary & Perks:
- Salary: Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 18,000 per month + High Incentives
- Travel Allowance (TA/DA) + Mobile Allowance
- On-the-job training will be provided
