Job Description

Job Description – Field Personnel:

· Field job involving handling user queries, troubleshooting, and documentation

· Must have good communication skills

· Ready to work at the base town and willing to travel outstation / other towns as per project requirements

· Willing to work on any project assigned by the Head Office

· Daily reporting to the coordinator and Head Office

· Willing to work on a contractual agreement

· Able to speak the local language, along with Hindi and/or English

· Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass

· Age Criteria: Not more than 45 years

· Basic computer knowledge, including basic Excel and email usage

· Preferable: Ability to ride a two-wheeler with a valid government-authorized driving license
