Key Responsibilities
Document Delivery: Deliver documents, files, bills, and other materials to customers or offices.
Field Visits: Visit customers, vendors, banks, or other locations as instructed.
Document Collection: Collect forms, signatures, receipts, and other required documents.
Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers when authorized by the company and provide receipts.
Customer Support: Communicate politely with customers and provide basic information.
Reporting: Update the supervisor about completed tasks and field visits.
Time Management: Complete assigned work on time and follow the daily schedule.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of deliveries, collections, and field activities.
Office Support: Assist with basic office work and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Company Rules: Follow company policies and maintain professional behavior.
