Job Title : Direct Channel Executive – Life Insurance

Location : Goregaon, Thane , Vashi, Kalyan

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Direct Channel Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their financial needs, explaining life insurance solutions, and driving sales of insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Visit potential and existing clients to generate leads and build strong relationships

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable life insurance plans

Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Stay updated with company products and industry trends

Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum Graduate (any stream)

Experience in Life Insurance sales preferred And BFSI Sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel and meet clients

Compensation & Benefits :

CTC: UP to 4 LPA
