Job Description

Digital Ora is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive (Sales) to help businesses grow through Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Google Business Profile, AI Automation, and Branding services.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads, connect with business owners, schedule meetings, present our services, follow up with prospects, close sales, build long-term client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary ₹8,000–₹10,000/month + 10% one-time commission on every successful sale. Example: ₹10,000 sale = ₹1,000 commission, ₹25,000 sale = ₹2,500 commission, ₹50,000 sale = ₹5,000 commission. Top performers can earn up to ₹60,000/month based on performance.

Requirements:
12th Pass or above with 1–3 years of sales experience preferred. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Training, career growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment are provided.
