Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell R S Foods’ range of dairy products to retail shops, distributors, and institutional customers in the assigned area.

• Ensure product availability and visibility in stores; maintain good display standards.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales supervisor.

• Collect payments as per company policy and ensure timely deposit.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

• Provide market feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences.

• Maintain basic records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; diploma or graduate preferred.

• Prior sales experience in FMCG/dairy/food products is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Energetic, reliable, and willing to travel within assigned territory.

• Two-wheeler.
