Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Debt Collection Supervisor to lead and manage a team of collection executives. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving recovery targets, monitoring compliance, and ensuring efficient collection operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of Telecallers and Collection Executives.
Monitor daily recovery performance and ensure team targets are achieved.
Conduct team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Assist team members in handling escalations and difficult cases.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and ethical collection practices.
Monitor call quality, productivity, and process adherence.
Coordinate with management regarding team performance and recoveries.
Motivate team members to achieve collection targets.
Identify training requirements and support employee development.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in Debt Collection, Recovery, Banking, or Financial Services.
DRA Certification is mandatory for all positions.
Strong knowledge of collection processes and recovery strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
