Job Summary
The Dealer Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the dealer network, driving sales growth, and ensuring strong relationships with channel partners. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining high levels of dealer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network across assigned territory
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build strong relationships with dealers and ensure regular engagement
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new channel partners
Monitor dealer performance and provide support to improve sales
Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and schemes
Ensure timely stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams
Conduct market research and track competitor activities
Provide training and product knowledge sessions to dealers
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3–8 years of experience in dealer/channel sales (industry-specific preferred)
Strong network with dealers/distributors in the assigned region
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
