We are hiring Field Sales Managers/Executives at ShinePoints (Shine EdTech Projects Pvt. Ltd.). The role involves visiting local shops such as kirana stores, salons, restaurants, and retail outlets to explain the benefits of ShinePoints loyalty software. As an FSM, you will onboard shopkeepers onto the platform, help them understand how the software increases customer loyalty and repeat sales, and build long-term relationships with them. The job requires good communication and convincing skills, interest in sales and marketing, and the ability to work independently in the field. This is a performance-based role with attractive incentives of ₹300–₹500 for every successful shop onboarding, along with flexible working hours, free training, and complete guidance from the company. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical sales experience while working at your own pace.
