Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to do product installations, provide technical support and excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have previous technical support experience, particularly in the electro-mechanical machines domain and require traits such as politeness, calmness, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Addressing customer queries promptly and courteously through various communication channels like phone, email, etc.
Documenting customer interactions and managing tickets using Excel or CRM tools.
Offering on-site assistance to customers across multiple states for troubleshooting and upkeeping of robotic equipment & other medical devices.
Handling customer grievances and elevating concerns to relevant departments as needed.
Coordinating with other teams to improve the overall customer journey.
Requirements:
Spoken & written efficiency in English.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting electronic components.
Familiarity with mechanical tools.
Previous technical support experience, particularly in the electromechanical machines' domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer delight.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
