Job Description:

Hitachi is hiring an Executive – BNA Field Operation for its Noida location. The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in field operations, preferably handling BNA (Bank Note Acceptor) machines, and should be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle field operations related to BNA machines

• Installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of BNA devices

• Coordinate with internal teams for operational support

• Ensure timely resolution of field issues

• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation

• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines

• Support smooth day-to-day operational activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in BNA field operations or similar roles

• Basic technical knowledge of ATM/BNA machines

• Willingness to work in the field

• Ability to manage tasks independently

• Immediate joiner preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in banking equipment operations

• Familiar with field service processes

• Result-oriented and customer-focused approach
