Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, customer-friendly, and target-oriented Salesman to manage sales activities at a canteen. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling watches, leather bags, wallets, and belts, maintaining product displays, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
Promote and sell watches, leather laptop bags, ladies' handbags, wallets, and belts.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper product presentation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily sales records, stock records, and product movement reports.
Monitor stock availability and inform the concerned team about replenishment requirements.
Build good relationships with canteen customers and staff.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide a positive shopping experience.
Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and reporting procedures.
Submit daily sales and stock reports to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or canteen sales will be preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and sales reporting.
Honest, punctual, disciplined, and willing to work towards targets.
Experience in watches, accessories, or lifestyle products will be an advantage.
