Job Profile:
Customer Delight Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. Responsibilities:
• Manage customer Pre-order, Post-Order, and Advice related concerns on a range of customer support channels (WhatsApp/Instagram/e-mails/Calls)
• Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call/Escalate/Follow up with customer where necessary
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
• Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input
• Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated
• Strong problem-solving abilities along with Strong multitasking and time management/Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Provide comprehensive and accurate information on product features, order status, and provide post-sales handholding
• Address customer complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective resolution as per company policies. Will be responsible for ensuring customer happiness throughout the process of ordering
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve customer grievances and special requests
• Ensure you’re there with the customer every step of the way
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
• Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events.
