Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Sales Associate to join our team. This role is integral in creating a memorable customer experience for both inbound and outbound customers. The ideal candidate will manage the kiosk operations, ensure smooth opening and closing procedures, and provide consistent reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering queries, and guiding them through our offerings.
- Oversee the kiosk setup, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment for customers.
- Handle both inbound (walk-ins, online inquiries) and outbound (prospective leads, follow-ups) customer interactions to boost engagement and sales.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring security protocols and operational readiness.
- Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, foot traffic, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the management team to strategize on sales initiatives and customer engagement tactics.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and basic data management (Excel, CRM systems, etc.).
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with kiosk or point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Knowledge of the RC game or food industry (if applicable).
