Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, promote products/services, generate sales, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and terms to customers.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the ERP/CRM.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

• Prepare regular sales and customer follow-up reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales/customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Customer-oriented and target-driven attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
