About the Role:•

Join our dynamic team as an Electronics Sales Retail Associate and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service! In this position, you'll assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and help achieve sales targets. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, eager to learn, and passionate about electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries.

• Provide accurate details on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Promote sales through cross-selling and informing customers about discounts and offers.

• Keep shelves stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Collaborate with the team for smooth operations and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay up to date with new products and services.

What We’re Looking For:

Freshers with a •12th Pass•• qualification.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
