We are hiring Telesales Executives to promote and sell Motor and Health Insurance policies over the phone. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a basic understanding of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers and explain motor and health insurance products

• Understand client needs and suggest suitable insurance plans

• Handle queries and provide accurate policy details

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer database

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships

Required Skills:

• Good spoken communication in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus)

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven

• Basic understanding of insurance is preferred

• Prior telesales or call center experience is an advantage
