We are looking for a Customer Success Associate with strong English communication skills who can confidently manage and support US-based clients in recruitment-related activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in client coordination within a recruitment or staffing firm.

Key Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Customer Success / Client Handling within a Recruitment or Staffing firm
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) — mandatory
