Job Title: Relationship Manager - Loan Products

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager to join our lending team. The primary responsibility is to drive sales of loan products (such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and Business Loans) by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
· Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursements (AUM growth).
· Identify and source new customers through market visits, referrals, and networking.
· Develop a strong pipeline of potential borrowers.
· Cross-sell other banking products (Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Insurance) to loan customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management
· Manage the entire life cycle of the loan process for assigned clients.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
· Advise customers on suitable loan structures based on their repayment capacity and needs.
3. Credit & Risk Assessment
· Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, Income Proof, Bank Statements).
· Assess the creditworthiness of applicants and prepare credit proposals.
· Liaise with the Credit/Underwriting team to ensure quick and smooth processing of files.
· Ensure strict adherence to the bank’s/NBFC’s credit policy and Lending Guidelines.
